We strive to ensure that our products readily available, but please consider the fact that they are hand made from scratch. If you urgently need the ordered items to be delivered earlier, e.g. when you are purchasing a gift for your child’s birthday, let us know! We will do our best to get it delivered on time.

All orders made at cozyanddozy.com are sent by DHL EXPRESS (Air Cargo). After purchase you can track your order here: TRACK YOUR ORDER by entering the ORDER ID and buyer email adress.

When the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number of the package, which will allow you to track the package on the DHL website. Although DHL makes every effort to deliver your order undamaged, please verify the condition of the package in the presence of the courier.
