All orders made at cozyanddozy.com are sent by DHL or GLS. After purchase you can track your order here: TRACK YOUR ORDER by entering the ORDER ID and buyer email adress.

When the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number of the package, which will allow you to track the package on the DHL or GLS company website. Although DHL and GLS makes every effort to deliver your order undamaged, please verify the condition of the package in the presence of the courier.
